The group show will exhibit art that is engaging in a way that is comprehensible, provokes thought, inspires or teaches new points of view. While we welcome all kinds of artistic expression, themes and topics, we specifically encourage artists reflecting on contemporary societal, political or ecological issues to apply.

We invite artists working in any given format, technique and/or medium. From poetry to textile, from painting to photography, performance to video – try us! Fundamental selection criteria include the quality, originality, engagement and contemporaneity of the work.

The call is open to anyone – there are no restrictions based on age, gender or nationality. We explicitly welcome creatives without institutional background or formal training. There is no registration fee for the application. 

Selected artists are expected to attend the opening in person and be present for set-up and build down.

• Your work (depending on its format, images, link to video…)
• Description of your work
• Bio and/or artist statement
• Link to portfolio website and social media account

Wir laden Künstler aller Formate, Medien und Techniken ein sich für den Open Call zu bewerben. Die Gruppenausstellung befasst sich mit Kunst, die einen Zugang bietet, den Draht zu den Betrachter*Innen sucht, Impulse liefert, inspiriert oder neue Sichtweisen eröffnet. Obwohl wir alle Formen des künstlerischen Ausdrucks sowie alle Themengebiete willkommen heißen, möchten wir insbesondere Künstler*Innen einladen, die in ihren Werken zu aktuellen gesellschaftlichen, politischen oder ökologischen Fragestellungen reflektieren.

Wir bitten die ausgewählten Künstler*innen sowohl bei der Eröffnung als auch bei Auf- und Abbau anwesend zu sein. 

Es fällt KEINE Bewerbungsgebühr an!
